Job description Fast growing household moving company has immediate openings for Professional Movers/ Driver (foreman)/Helpers Experience Preferred Will train the right candidate. Looking for movers that are close to Baltimore, Rosedale, Nottingham, Middle River, Halethorpe and surrounding areas. This job involves working on a household relocation team, packing and unpacking furniture, loading and unloading trucks, driving16' truck up to 26' box trucks (for drivers/foreman) Regular heavy lifting required. High Performance is expected. Requirements: ABLE TO GET ON MILITARY BASE PREFERRED Experience in the Moving Industry Preferred, will train the right candidate Ability to Speak/Read English (Driver) BE PUNCTUAL, HARDWORKING AND SELF MOTIVATED. Ability to lift heavy items (20lbs-120lbs and more) Be able to pass background check and drug screening. Years of experiences as a foreman/driver Valid Drivers License, Clean Driving Record Experience Driving Record experience driving 16' to 26' Box Trucks in size (drivers) Excellent Customer Service Skills Responsibilities: DRIVERS Leading the moving crew on the job, distributing duties, ensuring the crew is efficiency and safety driving a 16ft to 26FT Box Truck safely; ensuring the vehicle is clean and organize and all times. Greeting and efficiently communicating with the customer throughout the move. Wrapping furniture with blankets and other protective materials Loading and Unloading truck by hand or by use of Hand-Truck Padding, Stacking and securing items in truck, ensuring the truck is loaded efficiently and safely with knowledge of forming a compact load and even weight distribution Transporting items without damage calculating and presenting total move bill to the customer and collecting payment HELPERS Follow instructions from Foreman/Driver Help Maintain the vehicles clean at all times. Wrapping furniture with blankets and other protective materials Loading and Unloading truck by hand or by use of Hand-Truck Padding Help Driver/Foreman Stack the truck.
