HANDYMAN / MAINTENANCE TECH / REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE (MIAMI DADE)

READ ENTIRE POSITION PLEASE - EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION and REQUIREMENTS: Maintenance/Handyman technician skilled in general repairs. Skilled, responsible, talented and reliable to work for a Facility Maintenance company. Will handle service calls, projects remodeling and construction tasks. REQUIREMENTS: > MUST speak English, understand some Spanish is a PLUS. > MUST be 25 years of age or older and able to legally work in US. > Have a valid and clean driver's license and able to pass background and drug screen. > MUST have ability to occasionally travel within Florida. > Experienced and able to personally handle Repair and Maintenance Service Calls. > Able to work individually and as part of a team on service calls and projects and occasionally supervise vendors. > Ability to respond to client locations to assess and resolve maintenance and service issues. > Ability to be "on-call" for emergencies when needed. > Ability to be flexible with schedule.
