We’re currently in need of an ambitious Assistant Property Manager working from our office. The job opening is open due to an internal promotion.   Assistant Property Manager responsibilities: Assist managers with administrative tasks Assist in showing available rental homes and processing applications Respond to tenant questions and concerns in a timely service-oriented manner Contact tenants to receive overdue rent or to discuss other issues that require immediate attention Assist in managing the homes maintenance and inspections Establish rapport with tenants so they always feel valued and appreciated   Assistant Property Manager Requirements & Skills: REQUIRED-Active Real Estate License under our broker only (DRE rule), Reliable auto, valid driver’s license and insurance High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred) 2+ years’ experience preferred in residential leasing or property management Excellent communication and time management skills, attention to detail, good computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.  Property management software knowledge helpful.
