Evening Custodian – Temple Isaiah (Lexington, MA) Temple Isaiah in Lexington is seeking a reliable and motivated Evening Custodian to join our facilities team. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM Responsibilities include: General cleaning and upkeep of building spaces Repairs and basic maintenance as needed Setting up and staging rooms for events (tables, chairs, staging, etc.) Supporting evening programs, activities, and community dinners Ensuring compliance with fire safety rules and regulations Requirements: Prior custodial/maintenance experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Must live within 30 minutes of Lexington and have reliable transportation Ability to communicate by email and/or text Must pass a clean CORI background check Knowledge of fire safety procedures preferred Compensation: Competitive hourly pay; details provided during interview. Working closely with an Install Manager, you will plan and execute each project according to contracted services and sign types. This position requires excellent time management, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Work is performed at ground level and at various heights while ensuring compliance with company and federal safety policies. Travel throughout Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
