Luxury Apartment Community Seeking Maintenance Manager (Westwood, MA)

Wisconsin Superior Painting & Coating is looking for a motivated individual with blasting experience or no experience needed & a willingness to learn a new trait. Individual will be responsible for the media blasting process & maintaining the blast area. Starting pay for no experience is $22 per hour. Experience pay $24+ per hour depending on experience.

Our local janitorial company is searching for a dedicated, detail oriented, motivated individual to join our team! Duties include dusting, sanitizing all surfaces, cleaning floors, cleaning restrooms, and taking out trash. This position is Tuesday - Thursday, 9pm-12am, and Friday and Saturday, 9pm-3am. 21+ hours per week. We are looking for someone who is willing to cross train and occasionally fill in at other sites.
