Description: Budget Suites of America is seeking a floor installer with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience. Compensation can be up to $65,000 per year for qualified individuals. Responsibilities and Requirements: • The candidate must know how to measure, cut, and install all types of flooring. • The candidate must know how to repair subfloors. • Ability to locate parts and provide estimates to management. • 10 years of experience are required. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement. • The person must be reliable, able to work overtime and weekends if necessary. • The candidate must have their own tools and truck or van. This position may require travel to different locations within the metroplex. • The candidate must be knowledgeable about diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications. • The candidate must have experience with power and hand tools. • The candidate must have extensive knowledge of workplace safety practices and be able to complete company-conducted safety training classes. • The candidate must be friendly and respectful toward coworkers and residents. • The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills. • The candidate must demonstrate integrity and maintain professionalism at all times. • The candidate is not limited to refrigeration-related tasks only. • The candidate must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check. • The candidate must have a high school diploma or GED. • The candidate must be able to climb ladders exceeding 15 feet. • The candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities and Requirements: • Ability to follow electrical code manuals to install and repair electrical systems. • Understand schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications. • Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment. • Indoor electrical experience to include: breakers, wall plugs, wall plates, three-way switches, installation of exhaust fans, and any other normal commercial apartment electrical work that is necessary. • Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safely orientation. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Must have a van or truck and own tools. This position will require travel between properties. • Strong communication skills. • High standard of integrity and professionalism is required at all times. • Drug free at all times. • A high school diploma or GED required. • Ability to climb ladders to heights up to 30 ft. • An ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities and Requirements: • Repair and maintenance of HVAC equipment located throughout the property. • Repair and maintenance of refrigerators, electrical stoves, and packaged thermal air conditioners. • Ability to locate parts and provide field estimates to management. • 5-7 years of HVAC and refrigeration experience REQUIRED, please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement. • Dependable with ability to work overtime and occasional weekend jobs when necessary. • Ability to cover rotating after hours on-call shifts. • Must have a van or truck and own tools.
