Doug Smith Grading is looking for a Operators and Laborers to join our team. There is additional pay if you have a CDL too. Heavy Equipment Mechanics are invited to apply as well. We work locally in and around Missoula, so everyone is home every night and on the weekends. Must be able to work 50 hrs. per week Monday through Friday. We are willing to train ambitious and hard working people so no experience is necessary and there is room to climb up the company ladder.
