We are a family owned Property Management Company that has properties in 4 different states. We are currently seeking a Full-time Maintenance Tech in the Scottsdale area! The candidate MUST be AC, BOILERS AND CHILLERS CERTIFIED and have cleaning, painting, plumbing, and electrical experience. Property Management Maintenance is a plus. Physical Demands and Work Environment: This position may require overtime, rotating shifts nights, evenings, weekends and holiday work. Candidates must have the ability to pass a criminal background and a drug test prior to employment. Rotating on call emergency service, vehicle and tools are required.
