ShareWe operate a 20,000 SF two story commercial office building and it requires a complete remodel on the interior and exterior to modernize the property. We are looking for a couple reliable hardworking laborers or handyman that we can assign tasks and projects to ongoing every month as we plan to complete the remodel projects in stages. This can be a great job for young college students looking for part time work or anyone looking for some extra income ongoing for long term work. We can provide guidance and training on how to handle the projects. The general tasks and ongoing projects required are: Glue down and cut carpet tiles throughout building Move furniture Paint walls and trim Paint bathrooms Replace ceiling tiles Replace light covers Replace light bulbs Disassembly office cubicles, clean and put back together Replace exit signs and basic wiring Replace door locks Shampoo and steam clean cubicle fabric with provided machine Patch walls Replace or patch wood moldings Outside landscaping install plants Landscape mulching Tree trimming Fix landscaping edging Install landscape rocks Dozens of other mics tasks and projects We are looking for entry level resources at a lower hourly rate as the amount of work we require is substantial, ongoing every month and will require many hours over the next 12 months or longer.
