This position reports to the job Foreman and/or Superintendent. MINIMUM starting at $26.80/hour dependent on experience! Typical Duties and Responsibilities • Loading and unloading material and equipment • Identifying building materials and tools. We are seeking a full-time Resident Superintendent for a 200 unit cooperative building located on Avenue S in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and approachable, with strong communication and time management skills. The Superintendent will serve as a trusted point of contact for residents and play a key role in maintaining the building’s operations and safety.
