We are a small asphalt company looking to hire motivated and skilled workers to fill out our asphalt paving and sealcoating team. Employees will be expected to conduct a safe work environment, punctuality and have a self motivated work ethic. Must have a valid drivers license, be able to drive a manual truck, and ability to drive a truck and trailer. Must be able to perform physically demanding work with some overtime. Employees must have ability to complete projects under no supervision. Full time working position Preferred applicants should have experience working as part of a team, with understanding of various aspects of the paving industry including preparatory work, grades, drainage and compaction.
