Part Time Asst. Maintenance Manager (Marina Del Rey)

PART TIME: SUNDAYS (10am-5pm) and MONDAYS (9am-6pm); $17.00/hour to start PLUS commissions and bonus programs. Also, must be able to fill in for manager's vacations with advance notice. THIS IS YOUR PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN A NEW CAREER IN A PROSPEROUS INDUSTRY! NO STORAGE EXPERIENCE NEEDED. We will train the right candidate with the following basic skills: Maintenance, including general cleaning of the storage site, customer service attitude, good at working as part of a TEAM to run a clean and efficient storage facility. You must be able to walk the facility through out the day, including up and down the stairwells and along hallways. Must have a valid driver license, current auto insurance, dependable transportation to go to the bank and post office on Mondays (you will receive mileage reimbursement), and bi-lingual in Spanish is a definite plus.
