Apprenticeship Program for Rubber Duck Resurfacing

Rubber Duck Resurfacing is seeking a motivated Apprentice Resurfacer to join our team. This is a unique, hands-on opportunity for individuals who want to build a lasting career in the resurfacing industry. Our one-year Apprenticeship Program provides the training, support, and career path you need to succeed. **PREFERED IN GWINNETT COUNTY** **Key Responsibilities** -Must be able to communicate in English -Flexible availability is recommended -Report to the corporate office in Suwanee, GA by 6:00 AM, Monday–Friday -Complete a two-week comprehensive training program -Follow all company safety standards and procedures **Compensation & Benefits** -Training pay: $100/day (cash) during the first 2 weeks -Post-training pay: $150/day (cash) -Lunch provided for shifts lasting beyond 12:30 PM -Full one-year apprenticeship commitment required; additional benefits follow upon completion. **Work Schedule** -Monday through Friday only — no weekends -6:00 AM start time at the corporate office in Suwanee, GA -Company observes major holidays: Thanksgiving, Independence Day, Christmas Day, Memorial Day **Growth & Advancement** -Successful completion of the apprenticeship leads to: - A company truck for independent job assignments - Annual salary of $78,800 plus 1 week of PTO -Additional PTO based on tenure: - 2 weeks after 2 years - 3 weeks after 3 years **Qualifications** -Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player -No prior painting experience required — just a positive attitude and eagerness to learn -Must commit to the full one-year apprenticeship program **How to Apply** -Submit your resume or a brief cover letter that includes: -Your current location - Phone number Rubber Duck Resurfacing is an equal opportunity employer.
