This role is action oriented as well as expects process, documentation, and vendor coordination. You’ll work with support staff and outside contractors to keep the landscape healthy, efficient, and well-presented year-round. What you’ll do: - Daily/weekly landscape care: planting, pruning, staking, mulching, fertilizing, lawn/greens upkeep. - Operate, monitor, and fine-tune 30+ irrigation zones (drip, spray, smart controllers); adjust by plant/zone and season. - Diagnose and troubleshoot irrigation (leaks, valves, controllers) and handle basic plumbing repairs. - Identify plant health issues (pests/disease/soil) and address or escalate. - Keep logs/checklists; coordinate materials and vendors as needed. - Support occasional projects and improvements around the property.
