Seeking a strong high end accountant/controller for 10-15 hours per week at an Everett based commercial property management and trust real estate administration firm. Duties to include commercial property accounting, cash flow, budgeting, real estate transactions and one-off projects. You may give direction to staff for their part of accounting projects and outline projects for others to complete.
