Proficiency using Yelp Leads tools and integrating them into workflows. 2. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail across multiple inbound channels. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities—capable of following up via call, email, or text promptly (within minutes if possible). 4. Solid computer skills (Outlook, Adobe Acrobat) with a focus on accuracy and speed. 5. Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
