We recognize that people with diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives fuel our growth and enrich our global culture.   We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced International Logistics Coordinator with a strong focus on U.S. export operations and proven proficiency in logistics systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Shipwell. This role is responsible for managing outbound international shipments, ensuring compliance with all U.S. export regulations, and leveraging systems to streamline and optimize global shipping processes.  Key Responsibilities As an International Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our international transportation services, ensuring timely, accurate and cost competitive shipment execution. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards, optimizing workflow, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.  Coordinate and manage U.S. export shipments across air, ocean, and ground modes  Prepare and process all required export documentation: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, SLI, AES filings, Certificates of Origin, etc.  Ensure strict adherence to U.S. export regulations, including EAR, FTR, and requirements from BIS, Census Bureau, FDA, and USDA  Submit Electronic Export Information (EEI) filings via AES through appropriate channels  Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage order processing, shipment planning, and inventory control  Use Shipwell for carrier selection, rate management, shipment tracking, and performance analysis  Monitor and proactively manage shipment status, coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders  Maintain organized shipment records to ensure full audit readiness and compliance documentation  Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Warehouse, Customer Service) to support timely and accurate fulfillment  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, visibility, and cost savings  Requirements Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred  3+ years of experience in international logistics with a concentration in U.S. export shipping  Strong understanding of export regulations, Incoterms, and international shipping processes  Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred)  Hands-on experience with Shipwell (preferred)  Familiarity with AES Direct and U.S. Customs procedures  Strong communication and problem-solving skills  Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment    Preferred Qualifications  Export experience in regulated industries such as food, CPG, or pharma  Familiarity with global markets and export lanes (Latin America, Asia, Middle East, etc.)  Knowledge of Free Trade Agreements (e.g., USMCA) and country-of-origin compliance  Foreign language proficiency (Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic) a plus  Benefits Competitive base compensation    Full Benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision effective on the first day of employment   401(k) with Employer Match (quarterly enrollment)  Paid Holidays (no waiting period to receive holiday pay)  Paid vacation, personal, and sick days effective on first day of employment  All offers are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screening    No company visa sponsorships      No phone call or walk in inquiries for this position, apply online to be considered    DISCLAIMER      Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily and if requested, reasonable accommodation will be provided to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job, absent undue hardship.      Furthermore, job descriptions typically change over time as requirements and employee skill levels change.
