We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our amazing team! Responsibilities: Cleans public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture and common areas Performs all housekeeping duties including: distributing laundered articles and linens changing beds cleaning public restrooms and replenishing supplies as needed sweeping and scrubbing floors; vacuuming rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture dusting furniture and equipment polishing metalwork washing walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills Performs all laundry duties including: Washing and drying resident laundry in provided appliances folding and/or hanging laundry appropriately distributing laundered articles and linens changing bed linens Maintains resident laundry areas including mopping floors and washing walls regularly Washes windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requested Keeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies Stocks cleaning cart with supplies Empties wastebaskets, and transports trash and waste to disposal area Ensures with maintenance that trash and dumpster areas are clean Reports resident issues or changes in health or living status promptly Reports potentially unsafe conditions or maintenance related issues promptly to Supervisor May perform other duties as assigned Requirements Connect and help residents transition from home to community through thoughtful engagement at every level of interaction Arrives to work on time Absence and tardiness are minimal Appearance is neat, clean, and according to dress code Observes safety and security procedures Uses equipment and materials properly Ability to work varied schedules to include weekends, evenings, and holidays Benefits We offer a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life and voluntary life, 401k with employer matching, paid holidays, and up to 20 days PTO in the first three years.

Includes free onsite studio unit and all utilities. Optional duties include responding to guests if needed for an iron etc 5 nights per week. 2 days per week filling in for manager, inspecting rooms after cleaners done. Other related skills such as light maintenance, computer a plus. Pay to be negotiated.

About the Role Set, maintain and refresh banquet meeting rooms according to event orders. Ensure cleanliness and organization and assist during large functions. Ensure that all meeting rooms are properly set in a timely manner, so that the banquet service staff may prepare for functions. Responsible for timely and safe breakdown of meeting rooms after event completion. Refresh rooms on time, have water in rooms, clean rooms and set for appropriate functions. Requirements Candidates must also have a positive attitude, maintain a professional demeanor at all times, and be willing to help others. Candidates must also be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours, exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Must be able to read the English language in order to interpret a BEO. Ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning, and perform repetitive actions for extended periods of time. Possess the ability to bend, stoop, pull, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels. Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods. Weekend availability required. Valid driver’s license preferred. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and performing physical cleaning tasks. Must be able to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs.
