PAY: $22.00-$31.00 per hour based on experience SCHEDULE: 8:00 am-5:00 PM START DATE: ASAP Duration: Temporary to Permanent Superior Skilled Trades is seeking skilled Low Voltage/Access Control Technicians for high-end residential projects. We need a hands-on, residential smart home expert. Comfortable with home theaters, smart tech, and integrated systems Qualifications of a Low-Voltage Technician: Complete rack installation, including modular systems TV mounting, video walls, and Lunar walls Smart home components like Crestron, Control4, Lutron, Savant, etc. Security systems, climate control, shading systems, and advanced lighting Familiar with access control: Mag locks, strikes, motion sensors, REX buttons, card readers Experience with companies like Best Buy/Magnolia, Paragon, AVI-SPL, AHT, Bravas, Avidia, Nantucket Networks is a big plus! Install, maintain, and troubleshoot access control systems and residential smart technologies Use hand/power tools to service doors, wiring, and tech systems Read schematics and technical documentation Follow safety protocols and NEC standards Document all work performed onsite Additional Requirements: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Must have reliable transportation Must have own tools.
