What We're Looking For (Qualifications): • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; OR equivalent practical experience from personal projects, certifications, or self-study. • Certifications : CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar entry-level IT certifications are a significant advantage. • Technical Aptitude: A genuine interest in technology and a basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and common software applications. • Problem-Solving Skills: An ability to think critically, troubleshoot logically, and find solutions. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a patient and professional demeanor.
