Entry-Level IT Support Technician Pay: $30 – $40 per hour (depending on skills and experience) About Us: We’re a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP), which means we help local businesses with all things IT — from troubleshooting to keeping their networks running smoothly. The business is headquartered in the North Bay, but clients are all over the Bay Area About the Job: We want someone who enjoys working with technology and has a natural knack for problem-solving. You don’t need a long resume of IT jobs — what matters most is your technical aptitude and willingness to learn. If you like figuring out how computers and networks work, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do: Provide basic IT support (computers, software, networking). Troubleshoot and fix technical issues. Set up and configure equipment. Travel to client sites as needed (a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required). Support our team and clients with everyday IT needs. What We’re Looking For: Strong technical aptitude (most important). Basic understanding of IT and networking concepts. Curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills. Good communication and teamwork. Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving to client locations. Nice to Have (but not required): CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications.
