In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance schedules, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that all facilities are running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for all office locations. Manage service requests and ensure timely responses to maintenance issues. Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and expenditures. Assist with office improvement projects as needed. Pay: Starting $25 hourly Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or coordination roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of maintenance processes and safety regulations. Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed. Familiarity with scheduling software and maintenance management systems. Climb stairs, ladders, ladder wells, and stairs. Work off ladders to include working off lift platforms and boom trucks at heights above six feet. Activities performed in a variety of interior and exterior settings involving restricted movement, low lighting, dirty environmental conditions, air contamination, extreme temperatures, and intense noise. May be exposed to hazardous and dangerous materials, tools, and equipment which will require safety precautions and/or specific process to be followed, and may include the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) (e.g. safety glasses, hearing protection, negative pressure and positive pressure respirator). Use of PPE may require medical clearance prior to use. Regular use of air compressor, shop or central vacuum, or water source.
