In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance schedules, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that all facilities are running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for all office locations. Manage service requests and ensure timely responses to maintenance issues. Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and expenditures. Assist with office improvement projects as needed. Pay: Starting $25 hourly Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or coordination roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of maintenance processes and safety regulations. Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed. Familiarity with scheduling software and maintenance management systems. Experienced Pet Groomer Location: Colorado Dog Academy Do you love creating a positive grooming experience for pets while delivering exceptional results? Colorado Dog Academy is looking for a skilled and passionate part-time groomer to join our busy, supportive, and fun-loving team. We are booked out 6–8 weeks in advance, so you’ll always have a full schedule available — and the flexibility to groom as many or as few dogs per day as you’re comfortable with. Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday. -Saturdays as needed (flexibility to cover shifts for fellow groomers when needed, as they will for you). Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of professional grooming experience. • Proficient in all breed-standard cuts, hand scissoring, de-shedding, and dematting. • Skilled in nail trimming/grinding, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, and sanitary trims. • Ability to safely handle pets of all sizes, temperaments, and coat conditions. • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. • Must have own grooming tools in good working condition. • Team-oriented attitude and reliability. • References required. The physical requirements of this position include: walking, standing, bending, reaching, utilizing contracting equipment and supplies; lift up to 35 lbs.
