Shifts Available: Pay rate $55 to $58 per hour Openings 1 opening for Part-Time – Saturdays only (1x/week) 1 Opening for Weekends Only or Every Other Weekend | 3 PM – 11 PM Part-Time | 11 PM – 7 AM Per-Diem | All Shifts About the Role: We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors to join our team at our long-term care nursing facility. In this leadership role, you will oversee the care provided by nursing staff, ensure resident safety, and maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for RNs looking for flexible weekend or overnight shifts, or per-diem work. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of licensed practical nurses (LPNs), certified nursing assistants (CNAs), and other staff on assigned shifts Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care and ensure proper clinical procedures are followed Respond to emergencies and manage incidents as they arise, ensuring accurate documentation Provide direct nursing care when necessary and assist with complex resident care situations Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with infection control policies, medication administration protocols, and regulatory standards Participate in shift change reports, documentation, and review of care plans Support and mentor staff by providing guidance, instruction, and performance feedback Maintain accurate nursing notes and incident reports in the medical record system Requirements Requirements: Valid RN license in the state of [NY] Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse Supervisor in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills Ability to lead and motivate nursing staff Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities Must be able to work designated weekend or overnight schedule (based on opening) Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical and Dental) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Short Term & Long-Term Disability Training & Development Weekly pay
