What You’ll Do: Provide life-changing medical nutrition therapy via remote sessions to clients who fit your areas of specialty. Work from anywhere in the U.S. and choose the hours that fit your schedule best. This is a 1099-Contractor position. Create personalized, evidence-based nutrition plans tailored to client needs and preferences. Provide resources and educational materials to clients to support their health journey. Strengthen client relationships to improve retention. Use online telehealth tools to track progress, answer client questions, etc. Stay current with the latest research and trends in nutrition and wellness. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals if applicable to ensure comprehensive care for clients with complex health needs. Maintain timely, accurate records of client sessions and progress. Day Porter, all purpose cleaner needed, 7 days/week, 3-4 hrs/day - start 10:00 am , some experience helpful

Schedule: • Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM • Travel: 70% office-based; travel to patient homes (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens) for wound care consults as needed • Caseload: 15-20 consults per day Responsibilities: 1. Assess and treat complex wounds, ostomies, pressure injuries, burns, and diabetic foot wounds. 2. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized, evidence-based care plans. 3. Provide patient and family education on wound care, infection prevention, and treatment measures. 4. Participate in the development and revision of wound and ostomy care policies and protocols. 5. Train and evaluate field nurses on wound care techniques and documentation. 6. Conduct quality improvement initiatives, case load reviews, and chart audits. 7. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency policies and procedures. Requirements Qualifications: • License/Certifications: • Active New York State Registered Nurse License • Wound Care Nurse Certification or Wound Ostomy Care Nurse Certification • BCLS Certification • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required) • Experience: • Minimum 2 years in a Certified Home Health Agency or post-acute care setting • 2 years of medical/surgical experience • 2 years of public/community health experience • Familiarity with performance improvement initiatives and relevant software applications Skills and Technical Requirements: • Knowledge of EPIC H2O, Microsoft Office Suite, and PI applications • Experience with wound care equipment, including Varisource/HDR and CT Simulator • Strong verbal, written, organizational, and analytical skills Requirements: • Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted) • COVID-19 vaccine not required Benefits Compensation: • Pay Rate: $91/hour

Medical Office Receptionist position * Job Description: Medical office administrative support staff duties include but are not limited to: answering phones, scheduling appointments, setting up patient accounts in our online scheduling and billing systems, verifying patient insurance benefits, collecting copayments and balances, rooming patients, cleaning rooms between patients, basic cleaning and laundry, restocking rooms and display, creating patient visits for insurance billing and basic inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
