This full-time role provides an opportunity to work with geriatric patients, delivering high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Position Overview Location: La Follette, TN Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (no weekend rotations) Pay: $40 – $42 per hour (based on experience) Key Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders Provide therapy in a skilled nursing facility setting, working closely with interdisciplinary teams (nurses, OT/PT, physicians) Supervise Clinical Fellows (CFYs) per state guidelines Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards (HIPAA, Medicare) Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and safe swallowing techniques Ready to take the next step in your career? The position will work with children, adolescents and adults We are looking to hire full-time Mental Health Techs (MHT) to provide high quality care to patients on our Senior Adult and Adolescent units who are hospitalized with psychiatric/ emotional disorders. MHT's hired must support the hospital program philosophy of care, support and ensure a therapeutic milieu for all patients, communicate with nursing staff constantly and participate in the patient plan of care.
