Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation effectively. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and ensure holistic treatment approaches. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in rehabilitation practices. Requirements Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or related field. Current and valid state license to practice as a therapist. Significant experience in rehabilitation services, including prior leadership or management experience. Strong knowledge of therapeutic practices and regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and lead in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and rehabilitation software.
