Job Description: As a receptionist at our lash salon, you are the face of our brand, being the first point of contact for incoming clients. You will provide outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: ~ Book and Manage appointments ~ Answer client emails, phone calls, and text messages regarding their appointments and services ~ Greeting clients with a warm and friendly demeanor ~ Providing friendly, courteous, and efficient service while maintaining proper posture and attitude ~ Maintaining a clean and organized salon ~ Collaborating with our team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction ~ Driving conversions and sales when conversing with clients Requirements: ~ Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ~ Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail ~ Passion for the beauty industry and providing exceptional service ~ Good computer skills ~ Being detail-oriented and having comfort level with multi-tasking. ~ Great sales skills to generate more sales revenue ~ Preferably bilingual, Mandarin speaker is preferred.
