Serve as a key point of contact for referral partners, ensuring they feel supported and aligned with Genesis’ mission. Track referral activity and feedback using CRM tools and internal dashboards. Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on messaging and patient readiness. Represent Genesis at community events, school health fairs, and local provider forums. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Athletic Training Current ATC certification and licensure in Illinois (or eligibility) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially with clinical audiences Organized and self-motivated; able to manage a territory independently Comfortable working in the field and traveling within the Chicagoland region Passionate about improving access to care and building community relationships Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working in a physician clinic, physical therapy setting, or with outreach/sales is a plus Bilingual (especially Spanish) a plus Familiarity with orthopedic care pathways and musculoskeletal referrals Benefits Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Mileage reimbursement and technology stipend Full benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance Opportunity to grow into leadership or territory management roles Join a mission-driven, fast-growing team that’s redefining access to orthopedic care Ready to take your clinical background outside the clinic?
