Who Are We Looking For? Records Technician We’re Hiring: Records Technician at Plymouth Orthodontics! Are you friendly, detail-oriented, and great with people? Do you love working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new? Plymouth Orthodontics is looking for a Records Technician to join our growing team! About the Role: As our Records Technician, you’ll be one of the first smiling faces our patients meet. You'll play a key role in helping us deliver beautiful, confident smiles by: Taking orthodontic records including digital photos, panoramic and cephalometric X-rays, and 3D scans Assisting with patient check-ins and appointments Updating and managing patient records and charting in our system Ensuring all records are clear, accurate, and organized for our clinical team Supporting the team with various front desk and clinical tasks as needed Who You Are: You’re reliable, organized, and comfortable using technology You love making people feel at ease — especially kids and teens! You’re a team player and willing to learn Previous dental or orthodontic experience is a plus (but not required — we’ll train the right person!)
