Essential Responsibilities include but not limited to: Analyzes problems from a systems perspective, isolates to hardware or software issue and carries through to resolution. Provides IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications / Azure / Office 365, as well as virtual environments built on Citrix and VMware Support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Azure, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc. Implement and support disaster recovery solutions. Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security. Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Remote Desktop / Terminal Services, and Citrix. System documentation to include system reviews and recommendations. Travels to customer sites to perform work when appropriate (company vehicle provided). Maintains familiarity with industry best practices. Overview We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in computer science, data management, and AI technologies to support litigation. A legal degree is not required; however, this role is essential in helping to organize, process, and analyze large volumes of case-related data and documents, as well as to provide technical support for complex litigation. Responsibilities • Organize, structure, and maintain large volumes of case files. • Assist the team with litigation support, including but not limited to legal writing and research, discovery, metadata analysis, and evidence handling. • Support motion and trial preparation by creating technical summaries, timelines, and database reports. • Ensure all digital evidence and case files are securely stored and easily retrievable. • Collaborate with the legal team to translate technical findings into clear, legally relevant reports. • Manage case deadlines. • Apply AI and machine learning techniques to identify patterns, trends, and relevant evidence within case data, etc. • Perform other tasks as needed to support litigation. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field. • Strong background in computer science to assist with legal research, writing, data management, and machine learning. • Strong English language skills (written and verbal). • Familiarity with databases or digital forensics preferred. • Ability to process and organize large, complex datasets. • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to a legal audience. • Interest in law, litigation support, social justice, civil rights, or legal technology is a plus. • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and collaborate effectively with the legal team.
