We’re a construction company in Los Angeles that uses Monday.com to manage projects and Twilio to send SMS/email updates to clients. We need someone to set up and manage automated workflows so clients receive timely updates as projects move through stages. What You’ll Do: Build automations in Monday.com tied to project milestones Set up Twilio SMS/email templates and integrations Ensure compliance (opt-in, unsubscribe, message formatting) Troubleshoot issues and streamline communication workflows Document processes and train our team Skills Needed: Strong experience with Monday.com automations Hands-on with Twilio (SMS/email) Familiar with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or API integrations Good communicator and process-oriented Bonus: construction project workflow experience Engagement: Freelance / Part-time 10–20 hrs per week (initial project setup, possible ongoing work) Remote (US-based preferred, but open to others)
