We’re seeking a motivated Entry-Level IT Support Technician to join our team, providing hardware and software technical support to clients throughout the Chicagoland area — with 99% of assignments in the surrounding suburbs (North and West). In this role, you’ll be troubleshooting, maintaining, and installing systems directly at Merchants sites.
