This role will focus heavily on Zoho Analytics, Zoho CRM, EDI integrations, and Python scripting. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and data sets in Zoho Analytics and Zoho CRM. - Develop Python scripts and automation tools to streamline workflows across departments. - Support and expand EDI integrations with key partners and platforms. - Create and manage data pipelines for reporting, forecasting, and analytics. - Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams to design data solutions that improve efficiency. - Troubleshoot software integrations and data issues, providing clean, actionable outputs. - Document processes, create training materials, and support business stakeholders in leveraging dashboards and reports. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent professional experience. - 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, software integration, or software development. - Strong skills in Python scripting (required). - Proficiency with Zoho Analytics & Zoho CRM (or similar BI/CRM platforms). - Familiarity with EDI workflows, logistics, or shipping systems is a strong plus. - Experience with SQL, APIs, and automation tools. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
