Description

We believe connection is everything. At Clear Telecommunications, we build the low-voltage infrastructure that keeps homes, businesses, and communities connected — safely, securely, and reliably. From network cabling and wireless access points to Starlink installs and security cameras, we work with the full Ubiquiti UniFi ecosystem and beyond. We’re looking for a Jr. Installer to join our team and grow into the trade. You'll work directly with our Sr. Installer on real job sites — learning how to pull and terminate cable, install devices, and work with professional-grade networking and security systems. What You'll Be Doing: • Pulling and running cable (Cat6, coax, etc.) through attics, walls, and crawlspaces • Installing UniFi network systems, security cameras, wireless, access control, and Starlink satellite dishes • Crawling under houses, climbing ladders and roofs • Learning real-world, in-demand skills from a licensed C7 contractor • Working hands-on with a small, professional team that takes pride in clean, quality work What We're Looking For: • Comfortable with physical work (attics, crawlspaces, ladders, rooftops) • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented • Willing to learn and take direction • Interest in low-voltage, networking, and tech systems • Some experience with tools or cable pulling is a plus (but not required) • Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation and a clean, professional attitude Why This Job Matters: Every system we install keeps someone connected — whether it’s a business running smoothly, a family staying safe, or someone getting internet for the first time through Starlink. If you want to work with purpose and grow in a trade that has long-term potential, we’d love to hear from you. We are looking for someone with pervious installation experience and salary is dependent on previous experience. If you want to find out more and see if you would be a good fit, please email and let us know 3 things, why you are interested in this wiring position, what your salary expectations are and what your favorite flavor of ice cream is. Work is primary done in Sonoma, Marin and Napa Counties, out of our office in Santa Rosa. https://www.cleartelecommunications.com
