We’re looking for a Jr. Installer to join our team and grow into the trade. You'll work directly with our Sr. Installer on real job sites — learning how to pull and terminate cable, install devices, and work with professional-grade networking and security systems. What You'll Be Doing: • Pulling and running cable (Cat6, coax, etc.) through attics, walls, and crawlspaces • Installing UniFi network systems, security cameras, wireless, access control, and Starlink satellite dishes • Crawling under houses, climbing ladders and roofs • Learning real-world, in-demand skills from a licensed C7 contractor • Working hands-on with a small, professional team that takes pride in clean, quality work What We're Looking For: • Comfortable with physical work (attics, crawlspaces, ladders, rooftops) • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented • Willing to learn and take direction • Interest in low-voltage, networking, and tech systems • Some experience with tools or cable pulling is a plus (but not required) • Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation and a clean, professional attitude Why This Job Matters: Every system we install keeps someone connected — whether it’s a business running smoothly, a family staying safe, or someone getting internet for the first time through Starlink. The purpose of this requirement is to provide subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and deliver classroom instruction and practical exercise programs of instruction (POI) for SOF SIGINT operators and authorized Foreign Partner government personnel on advanced TTPs for collection and exploitation of current and emerging technologies and protocols for SIGINT. Senior Wireless (Wi-Fi) Instructor / Network Engineer will: Develop, update, review, and deliver (instruct/present) required POI techniques, tactics, and procedures for Advanced Wi-Fi Operations courses (See Wi-Fi Course SOW). This shall include tasks such as: Provide team-level management of contractor staff performance regarding coordination activities with Government staff, to include review of all training packages to be submitted; present the confirmation brief for each training activity to the Government. Directly support Government assigned staff and IC Partners on force modernization, operational assessment, and evaluation projects as they pertain to instruction topics.
