Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar electrical systems in various locations. Flexibility for travel and adaptability to various job sites are essential aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and mentor electrical installation teams. Diagnose and troubleshoot systems, using appropriate tools and techniques. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes. Analyze and document system performance, suggesting improvements as needed. Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure project adherence to safety and quality standards. Manage inventory and equipment to optimize project resource utilization. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work, with a focus on solar energy systems. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and troubleshooting techniques. Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Valid OSHA 10 certification and a clean driver's license. High School diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications/training preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. Physical ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
