We’re currently seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman/Supervisor to lead and manage field crews on commercial job sites.  ​ Position Summary  As a Commercial Electrical Foreman/Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing field crews on a variety of commercial electrical projects. The ideal candidate has a strong hands-on background in field supervision, understands construction timelines, and can maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity on the job site.  ​ Key Responsibilities  Supervise and direct daily activities of electrical field crews on commercial job sites  Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and daily work plans  Ensure work is performed according to NEC, project plans, and company standards  Maintain site safety compliance and enforce job site safety policies  Monitor project progress, document productivity, utilize project software reporting, and communicate updates to project managers  Conduct quality control checks and ensure workmanship meets code and client expectations  Troubleshoot electrical systems and guide crews in resolving complex issues  Assist with layout, installation, and verification of electrical systems  Train and mentor apprentices and junior electricians  ​ Required Qualifications  Minimum 5 years of experience supervising commercial electrical crews  Proficient with tools, equipment, and code compliance for commercial electrical systems  Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings  Strong communication and organizational skills  Proven ability to manage schedules, crews, and subcontractors effectively  Valid driver’s license with clean driving record  Must pass a background check, profile testing, and drug screening  ​ Preferred Qualifications  Experience in medical facility construction and/or maintenance  Holds a Nevada C2 Electrical License, or the ability to obtain one  OSHA 30 certification  Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus  ​ What We Offer  Hourly pay: $38–$42/hr (based on experience)  Performance-based bonuses  Company vehicle or allowance  Medical insurance  Paid vacation and holidays  Long-term career opportunities with a growing company  Supportive and team-focused work environment  ​ 💼 If you're a driven leader with a strong electrical background and the ability to manage fast-paced commercial projects, we want to hear from you!  📩 Apply today and grow with Master Electric.  ​

Pulling and fishing Ethernet cables to ensure proper installation and cable dressing for optimal performance. 3. Terminate Ethernet cables following industry standards for structured cabling systems. 4. Replace Enterprise network equipment such as access points and switches as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to network operations. 5. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Wi-Fi and ethernet connections using specialized testing equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of low-voltage systems with the overall network infrastructure. 7. Keep accurate records of work performed, equipment installed, and configuration changes made to facilitate tracking and maintenance. 8. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users in resolving network-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. 9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance expertise and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements 1. Proven experience as a Low Voltage Technician or in a similar role, with a focus on cooling, fishing, and terminating Ethernet cables. 2. Hands-on experience in replacing Enterprise network equipment like access points and switches. 3. Proficiency in using tools such as a laptop, drill, Ethernet equipment, and Ethernet testing equipment to perform job responsibilities effectively. 4. Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, structured cabling, and network infrastructure and cable certification 5. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing low-voltage installations and conducti Wi-Fi surveys 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot network issues efficiently. 7. Good communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. 8. Detail-oriented approach to work with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks performed. 9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules in a fast-paced environment. Education and Certifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent is required. 2. Certification in low-voltage systems, structured cabling, or related field is preferred. 3. Additional certifications in network equipment installation and maintenance are a plus. Working Conditions: 1. This role may require working in various indoor and outdoor environments, including construction sites, data centers, office buildings, and customer premises. 2.
