Software Engineer Location: San Francisco, CA Workplace Type: Hybrid About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define specifications, and deliver solutions. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability. Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions. Contribute to the improvement of our development processes and tools. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives. Contribute to the overall success of the engineering team by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior engineers. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3+ years of experience in software development. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript). Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies is a plus.
