Requirements What you need to be successful To succeed as a Registered Dental Hygienist - AP at Enable Dental, candidates must hold a valid Registered Dental Hygienist license with an advanced practice designation. A clean driving record and reliable transportation are essential for travel to various locations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are paramount, enabling you to effectively engage with patients and team members while providing compassionate care. Experience with advanced dental procedures and proficiency in the latest dental hygiene technologies, including ultrasonic and digital radiography equipment, are highly desirable. Candidates should also be familiar with dental software to efficiently manage patient data and appointments. A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit, coupled with a commitment to excellence in patient care, will ensure your success in this dynamic role. The ideal candidate will have previous assisting experience as a dental assistant (ortho preferred), be a self-starter and have a positive, friendly attitude.
