Medical office seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment while handling administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly. Responsibilities will include greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, answer, screen and direct phone calls, manage the front desk area ensuring it is clean and presentable, schedule appointments and manage calendars, administrative task such as filing, data entry and documentation preparation. We require proven experience as a front desk representative, excellent verbal and communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, computer skills, professional appearance and positive attitude, and ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
