We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. This position is responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling cleaning and service technicians, and supporting administrative tasks including customer invoicing. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner. • Provide friendly and efficient customer service as the first point of contact. • Enter service schedules. • Maintain scheduling records and ensure accuracy of appointments. • Prepare, process, and email customer invoices in a timely manner. • Assist with maintaining office records, files, and data entry as needed. • Support general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills. • Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure. • Previous experience with Smart Service and Quick Books preferred. • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred. Delivery Assistants work to assist the Delivery Associate ensure packages/boxes are delivered safely, timely and with care.
