YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Support visitors to ensure a positive zoo experience. Support Zoomazium operations and public programming during WildLanterns and other special events. Maintain an environment aimed at the safety and well-being of Zoomazium guests, following all safety protocols. Present creative, mission-driven programming. Facilitate day-to-day operations for Zoomazium including opening procedures, closing procedures, and responding to incidents QUALIFICATIONS One (1) or more years of combined education and experience in early childhood, natural science, or environmental education. Provide crowd control, group management, and basic customer service. Basic computer, communication, and mathematics skills. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and live in Washington State. The Bel-Air Bay Club is a private club situated on the picturesque Santa Monica Bay in Pacific Palisades, California since 1927. Summary The Beach Desk Attendant will reflect the Club’s mission by providing excellent customer service in a caring manner. In this role, you will perform reception and administrative duties in a hospitality and collegiate team environment. This is a part-time role working two days a week on Monday and Tuesday from 1:00pm - 9:30pm. A resume with chronological work history must be attached for further consideration.
