ShareDental office in the Crown Hill neighborhood of Seattle looking for a Dental Assistant with superior customer service skills and an attention to detail. The vision for my office is a place where patients feel as comfortable and have as much fun as possible while going to the dreaded dentist. I’m looking for someone that is personable and engaging while, at the same time, effective as an essential team member. Tuesday through Friday schedule with later starts at the beginning of the week and earlier starts (and ends!) at the end of the week to maximize your weekend. Willing to train the right personality with active WA RDA license! Duties include: *Preparation of patients for treatment, including an overview of the medical history and the treatment plan. * Set up the operatory with instruments, equipment and material as needed * Sterilization of instruments and disinfection of operatories according to standards *Take diagnostic radiographs, impressions, and digital scans as needed * 4-handed dentistry * Undertake lab tasks as instructed * Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions * Help in maintain accurate patient records * Help maintain the office in optimal condition *Have fun while working hard and providing an excellent customer experience Most importantly, the ideal candidate would have a positive and flexible attitude with a strong work ethic.
