MobilityOneUSA.com (please take a look at our website to see what we do) has an opening in our Auburn, CA store. We are seeking a customer service/sales associate to be a part of our growing company. The person we are looking for needs to have a positive attitude, enjoy working with elderly customers, be understanding, patient, and have compassion for people with mobility issues. You must demonstrate an ability to ask the appropriate questions to help people make informed decisions based on their needs to determine what powerchair, mobility scooter or other product they require. Duties Include but are not limited to: - Greet customers with smile and acknowledge them when entering the building. - Ask customers questions about usage of product as to direct them to the device that is right for them. - Learn about and be able to demonstrate all product on the show room floor. - Assist with test drives getting units in and out of cars and show how to use the unit properly. - Be able to stoop, bend, and lift. Take apart scooters and power chair and put them back together. - Assist in loading in customers cars if necessary. - Make sure items on the floor are stocked, ready and clean on a regular basis. Replacing items that have sold from the show room floor. - Answer phone calls and emails and be able to refer to the right person and/or answer questions about products. - Cleaning, sweeping, and mopping the showroom floor as needed We are open 30 hours per week.
