REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a restaurant setting • Great work ethic and reliable with a passion for delivering high-quality dishes • Extremely clean and organized • Punctual and reliable • Team player • Willingness to take direction from Chefs, and to learn and adapt to new systems • Able to handle high volume and stay calm under pressure • Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus, but not a requirement PAY & SCHEDULE: $21–$23 per hour (depending on experience) Must be available for weekdays, weekends, and holidays PAID TIME OFF (per NYS guidelines) LOCATION: In Person, able to commute to Howard Beach, NY, or plan to relocate before starting.
