An important Company in Downtown New York is looking for a strong, mature, responsible, & self-motivated individual to handle the customer support and shipping department : • Answering phones • Receive and process customer orders • Invoice customers and payment processing • Pull material • Create and affix proper shipping documents for UPS, FedEx, • Arrange pickup and drop off of items. Includes dropping off at FedEx/UPS locations • Log receiving and shipping • Manage inventory stock • Manage warehouse supply inventory • File invoices and documents • Assist office staff with miscellaneous tasks. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 5-plus years of related work experience preferred • Professional Written and Verbal Communication • Order Processing • Inventory Control • Knowledge of QuickBooks (preferred) • Basic Accounting Processing • Attention to detail and accuracy • Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.) • Strong organizational skills • Problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask • Ability to adhere to Company safety policies and procedures • Must be able to present a clean, professional image • Comfortable communicating and working with others in a team
