We help ease the experience for our customers so that the transition into their vehicle will be an enjoyable one. 🛠️ What We’re Looking For & the Key Responsibilities & Admin Duties ✅ We’re looking for a reliable and skilled individual to support multiple areas of our operation: Auto Body Estimating, Administrative Support, and Car Sales Assistance. * Work with our internal CRM -Customer Relations Management System to build and maintain prospects for all our departments. * Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening. Demonstrate vehicles (including test drives). * Report on the vehicle objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis. Keep abreast of the incoming inventory, parts and materials. * Previous experience in industry to have knowledge of shop equipment, understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the products. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Needs to meet deadlines and to be detail oriented. * Maintains service operations by using diagnostic tools to test, inspect and maintain vehicle components to complete preventive maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters. * Maintain vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting the inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage. * Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives, adjusting controls and systems. * Complies with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards. * Makes sure to staff maintains vehicle appearance by overseeing the cleaning, washing, and painting. * Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs in CRM Databases. * Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs and ordering parts. * Contains costs by using warranty, evaluating service and parts options. * Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt. * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications. * Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed. * Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer and to know and understand equity and values and be able to explain depreciation to the customer. * Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. * Deliver vehicles to customers * Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, and month to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively. Valid driver’s license. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication skills. All applicants must be able to perform all duties in a safe and productive manner. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining customer satisfaction, and improving internal service processes. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, business, or related field preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical service, customer support, or repair operations, preferably in the pro audio or electronics industry. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a service department. • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing audio electronics. • Proficiency in soldering through-hole and surface mount components • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills for troubleshooting with clients. Both over the phone and email. • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize service repairs and requests, integrating occasional VIP cases requiring high prioritization. • Comfortability working in windows terminal / PowerShell for remote firmware updates • Proficiency with service management software and CRM tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments. • Product QC and testing for replacement parts for completed repairs. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in professional audio, recording studio equipment, or related fields. • Knowledge of electronic circuits, schematics, and test equipment. • Understanding of warranty and service logistics, including international service support.
