Key Responsibilities: Make daily outbound calls to existing customers to check in and offer available fabrics. Follow up with customers who recently received shipments to ensure everything arrived correctly. Communicate with our outside sales representatives about customer needs and opportunities. Maintain notes on customer calls and follow-ups. Provide friendly, consistent, and reliable communication that reflects our company’s values.
