Job Description: LegalMatch is looking for a detail-oriented Member Services Operations Specialist to support our Sales and Billing Departments. This person will perform well in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and confidence. This position is an administrative role where they will assist in finalizing the sales and customer service support functions. This is not a call center position. Responsibilities: Tracking and updating the status of applications, writing contracts and other documents based on existing templates, obtaining records of discipline from bar associations and courts. General bookkeeping duties ranging from adding and applying invoices, account reconciliation, verification of monthly collections spreadsheets, etc. Updating of all process steps in our CRM database. Daily interface with our Sales and Customer Services departments. Responsible for updating our Sales department in relation to policies and procedures. Updating multiple spreadsheets relating to order changes, collections, and member services. Additional projects as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Billing/Administrative Assistant (1+ yrs) Experience in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel). Opens new accounts including;  checking, certificates, money markets and IRA accounts.  Verifies eligibility for new account and processes through ChexSystems prior to opening new accounts.  Processes check orders for members.
